If it is not there, make sure it is not in your inventory (collected earlier)... it is better to do this directly by trying to install it in the right place on the chessboard, at the same time make sure that it is not already installed (the activation location of this figure is rather unclear... it is a platform on the chess square that you need to fly to using clover). As for the tomb, turn to the east from the teleport indicated in the article... it is located in the open air on a platform just below the steps.
