How to get the Design by the Book achievement in Honkai: Star Rail
Open the gates to knowledge for those who seek it to unlock the achievement "Textbook design" in HSR. The achievement will appear in the section "Understand the incomprehensible" and will allow you to take 5 Star Jades as a reward.
Open the gates to knowledge
The closed gate in the Muttering Thicket is located on the 1st floor of the location. Grove of Muses, next to the spatial anchor "The Garden of the Pursuit of Knowledge"The mechanism for opening them is on the other side of the doors and is blocked by a bunch of boxes.
Beat the Thief Spirit
First, you need to solve one of the location's puzzles. Go to the 2nd floor of the location to the point located southwest of Golden Sepal: Treasure Bud. When approaching the platform with the ichor cube, the animation of stealing the cell will start thieves' spirit.
Catch the spirit using the Oronis Prayer and talk to Bartholos on any of the suggested topics to return the cage.
Destroy the vessel with ichor
Hit the vessel and wait for the ichor to fall from the platform down and break all the wooden boxes blocking the way to the gate.
Go to the gate from the opened side, either by going down to it from the platform where you broke the ichor, or by teleporting to Stagnant Shadow: Ice Moon Form. Touch the switch next to the gate doors to complete the achievement.
Reward
For completing the conditions of the achievement "Design like a textbook" the only reward is 5 star jade from the "Achievements" tab.
