How to get the Welcome to Starfleet Academy achievement in Honkai: Star Rail
Head to the Party Car area of the Starfleet Express and get the Fleet Handbook reading item. Interacting with the tablet will unlock the Welcome to Starfleet Academy bronze achievement in the XSR category. "Our Memories".
Get the reading item Naval Handbook
The Fleet Handbook can be found at Party Wagon. Go to the bar counter on the side of the closed exit to the front cars and interact with the tablet on it.
Awards
To the section "Books" a new reading item will be added which can be found in the category Herta Space Station. Reward in 5 star jade for the achievement, in turn, you can take it from the section "Our Memories".
