Fairies can be found in three ruins. One tower stands near the chest, the second is in the southeast, and the third is in the northeast.
First fairy
The first ruins are to the west of the puzzle. Once you get inside, the bars will lower and the tower will turn into a trap.

The last ruins with the fairy are in the north. Follow the road until you reach a tower. The fairy hovers below near the torch.
Jump down to the fairy and follow her. The creature will fly out the window onto the street and then begin to climb the building. Climb up after the fairy and open the regular chest.
