Genshin Impact: Boomball War [Event Guide]

Along with testing update 1.6 in Genshin Impact there will be other events. One of these will be the Boom Ball War, in which players will have to confront unique structures - Dodo Fortresses. These buildings will shoot at the characters with broad-balls, which will need to be repelled with a special shield. Conditions of participation

To access Boom Ball Wars, Travelers must have at least Adventure Rank 21. You can participate in the event both independently and with friends in a t mode.

How to play Boomball Wars

Travelers will have to fight the Dodo-Fortresses, which shoot different types of broads-balls. The player will have special shield that beats balls back to the fortress.

When redirecting broads-balls, "normal" and "ideal" rebounds (with increased damage) will be counted.

Upon hitting the fortress, she will accumulate rage. When this scale reaches a certain point, the fortress will fall into a state of rage and start shooting faster. Also the chance of a special bang ball will increase.

You can only destroy the shield of an angry fortress with “ideal” repulses.

During the battle shazamfruits will appear on the field, picking up which the player will receive a buff that makes it easier to defeat Dodokrepost. Baba balls of different types, on the contrary, will give a negative effect.

Walkthrough of the Boom Ball Wars in Genshin Impact

Automatically on July 2, players have a quest Great Baba War. To it, you must go to the archipelago of the Golden Apple to Albedo. The quest marker will point to the island where was a water dome. On the spot, the Traveler will find an easel with a strange pattern.

After that, when interacting with the banner, a level selection menu will appear. The first one is available immediately, while the other two will open on 4 and 6 July.

Level 1: Boomball War!

From the very first battle, it becomes clear that Dodofortresses are much more difficult to destroy than the painted walls on the islands of the Golden Apple archipelago.

To collect all level rewards, you will need score 2100 points in one battle with fortresses, as well as to engage in the banal grind of ideal rebounds.

Level 2: Absolutely frosty line of defense!

At the second level, players, in addition to the previously available ones, can get the following broads-balls:

• Icy (imposes a Cryo status on the player, slowing down his actions);
