How to solve the 5 Hydro Monuments puzzle in the new Fontaine Research Institute in Genshin Impact
To solve the riddle with the Hydro monuments on the coast near the new Research Institute, you need light everything up 5 poles. To do this, you need to conduct a crystal reconnaissance of the water, and also switch the crystal at the right moments by hitting it. It is recommended to take an archer into your squad to attack from afar.
Activate the mechanism
The mechanism in the center of the puzzle is blue and yellow. It is necessary to switch monument modes - sealed pillars become active and vice versa. In total, while solving the riddle, you will have to activate the device 4 times.
Light up the monuments
Initially the mechanism is blue. Hit it 1 time to make it yellow. Activate the intelligence crystal and move it to the first monument. The crystal always moves strictly counterclockwise, ing through each monument in sequence.
Next, move it to the second pillar so that it is activated and the barrier is removed from it. In this case, the crystal will lose Hydro energy.
Move it further to the third monument, where the opposite effect will occur - the monument will be deactivated, and the crystal will gain strength.
Move the totem again.
Move the crystal to the fifth monument. He will Hydro to him and block himself. 
Return the crystal to the first pillar and take the Hydro from it.
Attack the mechanism on the rock to make it turn blue. Slide the device towards the second monument and activate it.
Now monuments 1, 2 and 3 should light up, and 4 and 5 should be blocked.
Hit the mechanism in the center, switching it to yellow mode. Pillars 1, 2 and 3 must be deactivated.
Move the crystal over the blocked totems again until it reaches the 4th monument and absorbs Hydro from it.
Switch the mechanism in the center, it should turn blue, and the 5th pillar should close with a barrier.
Push the crystal to move it towards the last monument. After this, a precious chest will appear in the center.
How to solve the 4 Hydro Monuments puzzle in the new Fontaine Research Institute in Genshin Impact

The solution to the first riddle is much simpler than it is written here. You need to make sure that all the pillars are sealed. Then when you switch, they will all glow.

It seems that there is no direct order of action for this riddle. There is only a working principle: you need to synchronize the pillars. For clarity, it turned out to be more convenient for me to seal them all at the same time.
I waited until the crystal was sealed at one of the monuments and drove it through all the monuments and sealed them. At one of the monuments, the crystal unblocked itself, I shot at the mechanism and it was sealed along with the monument.
When all the monuments are sealed, shoot the mechanism and they will all light up at the same time.
