Anna, on the day of her sister's coronation, meets Prince Hans and gradually draws closer to her sister after so many years. The prince makes a marriage proposal to the youngest, and she naively agrees, but Elsa refuses to bless them. The sisters quarrel, Elsa shows her power and escapes, plunging the kingdom into eternal winter. In the icy desert, she finds a home and long-awaited freedom.
Anna goes to look for her. In the process of searching, she meets the ice merchant Kristoff and the snowman Olaf. After overcoming the dangers, they arrive at Elsa's hideout, but she does not want to return and asks them to leave. As a result, she wounds her sister with an ice floe in the heart. Kristoff takes Anna to the trolls, who say that a sign of true love will save her. The young man hastily takes Anna to the castle for Hans to heal her. At the same time, Elsa is found, captured and taken to prison.
It turns out that Hans all this time pretended to love Anna, but in fact he wanted to seize the throne. As a result, Anna is healed thanks to Elsa's sisterly love, the malevolent prince is sent to court in her native kingdom, and the snow princess herself finds spiritual harmony and saves her home from eternal winter.
In the sequel, the heroes go to the Enchanted Forest. In the course of the story, it turns out that the dead parents of Elsa and Anna were on their way there, and the eldest daughter heard the call of her mother all this time. She manages to save the spirits of the Enchanted Forest, as well as prevent a flood in her native kingdom. In the finale, Kristoff and Anna become engaged, and the youngest princess is proclaimed queen. Elsa remains in the Enchanted Forest.
