Find Necker

After finishing the conversation, head to the Enforcement Department. Move from the Hydro Archon Statue northeast across the dilapidated bridge and follow the road to the ruins. Listen to Necker and Chronia to continue the quest.

Necker will need some documents, so continue east past the teleportation point to the Institute Archives. Climb up the wall of the building and enter the room to talk with the head of the document collection department, Shalme. The girl will ask you to get the search anchor, locked inside the room below. Use the energy transfer terminal to unlock the desired area.

Head towards the eastern Hydro Archon Statue at Marie-Anne Memorial Park along the road. Climb the steps to the top and explore the area near the age to the monument.

The portal will take the character to a small water cube, from which you can get to the next location. Climb to its surface and jump over to the adjacent body of water. At its top, burst the bubbles and enter the opened portal.

The last Hydro age will allow you to fly to the top of the laboratory ruins. Approach the field generator to talk to Necker.

After the dialogue, go east to the arch and defeat all the uncontrollable Meks standing in the way of the device.

Travel to the ruins of the Research Institute

Use the teleporter at the top of the Central Laboratory and head to the ruins. Meks will appear near the huge archium, which you will have to deal with. After defeating the Meks, examine the huge archium that has gotten out of control: go to the device itself and talk to Raimondo. He will ask for the condensing parts to be returned to correct the situation.

Return condensing parts

The condensing parts are scattered across four water cubes. It will now be possible to move on the surface of purple cubes. Visit all locations to complete challenges and collect required items. At each point you need to do the following:

1. Pop the bubbles around the water cubes until a Hydro Portal appears.
2. Enter the portal to be transported inside the watery space. The water in it is dangerous, so you need to act quickly, as the character will accumulate a special scale. If it fills up, the entire squad will die.
3. Assemble the Archium Suppressor Capacitor inside the cube to purify the water.
4. Defeat the monsters to move on and pick up the item.

Fly towards the first cube, located north of the ruins. You will find bubbles on the surface that you need to burst in order to move forward. Move forward along the platforms and get rid of the bubbles.

Go through the circle so that at the end a Hydro portal appears, which will take you inside the cube. Get under the rubble directly below your character and pick up the capacitor as quickly as possible to avoid the death of your team.

The second condenser is located on the east side. Return to the teleport in the ruins and fly away from it in the right direction. This test involves destroying bubbles from a distance, so take archerEg Ember. Shoot the exploding barrels on both sides of the area to pop as many balloons as possible at once.

A bubble will appear on the west side. Pop it to reveal platforms. Follow them to a portal that will take the character inside the anomalous water. The capacitor is located to the left, above the place where the hero stops.

Return to the teleportation point again and head southeast. The bubble floats above the column on the surface. Destroy it and enter the portal, which will immediately send you inside the cube. Dive out of it to the side where a platform with a ball will appear.

Keep moving until you hit a wall. Dive into the cube and swim back out to avoid the obstacle. Move back and forth, popping bubbles. After getting rid of the last one, enter the cube and take the capacitor.

The last item is in the southwest. Jump down from the teleporter and head towards the bubble.

After the platforms appear, defeat the three Hydro Slimes. Then, following the bubbles, go down below and defeat more enemies, including fantasies. In the last bubble, at the very bottom, there will be a portal that you need to enter. The capacitor is located in the lower corner of the water cube.
