How to Start a Quest Interactive Tour
The quest belongs to the daily quests of the Hydro region. To open them, fulfill the following conditions:
- get 40 adventure rank;

- complete the world quest "New Horizons of Adventure", having met with the local Katerina.
Then open Adventurer's Handbook and in the "Assignments" tab, set Fontaine as the region where all dailies will drop from the next day.
