How to get the Need to Catch 'Em All achievement in Honkai: Star Rail
Core Ethereal Spirits are rewarded from battles during the clearing of Aether Wars Victory Zones, while two from the Other section are collected in the overworld.
The first collectible creature, Space Piggy Bank (Inomorph), in turn, is obtained in the process of completing the adventure mission "Start! Ethereal Wars!. He is given a choice of names: Mr. Piggy Bank, Mr. Pig, Bubble, Fluffy.
Ethereal Spirits of the Corridor of Vanishing Echoes
On the planet Yarilo-6, to advance through Victory Zone 1, you will have to interact with snow burners and solve puzzles with klutz boxes. While ing through the Corridor of Vanishing Echoes you will catch the following creatures:
- Silvermane Guardian Archer (Anthropomorph), attack spirit;
- Silvermane Guard Gunner (Anthropomorph), spirit;

- Fire from Space (Inomorph), attack type spirit overlord;

Ethereal Spirits of Cloud Crossing
As you explore Victory Zone 2, you'll travel to Lofu Xianzhou, where you'll encounter controller puzzles and camera pattern searches. At the Cloud Ferry location, get copies of mechanical creatures:
- Aurumaton Gatekeeper (Mechomorph), a hindrance-type overlord spirit;
- Beast of Abundance: Timber Wolf (Alien), attack spirit;
- Enchanted Invention: Submissive Lion Dragon (Mechomorph), Spirit of Healing;
- Enchanted Invention: Glowing Dragon Fish (Mechomorph), Attack Type Spirit.

Ethereal spirits of the Hertha Space Station
As you explore Victory Zone 3, you'll have to use treasure maps, look for hiding Wubbabu, and solve glowing age puzzles. In the Hertha Space Station area, catch the following space creatures:
- Void Ranger: Suppressor (Alienmorph), spirit master of attack;
- Void Ranger: Invader (Alien), attack spirit;
- Void Ranger: Annihilator (Alienmorph), attack type spirit.

Ethereal Spirits of the Great Mine
Next, go to Victory Zone 4, where you need to use an invisibility bomb to covertly eliminate enemies. In the Big Mine area you will receive some of the latest creatures:
- Automaton Spider (Mechomorph), attack spirit;
- Silvermane Guardian Soldier (Anthropomorph), spirit;
- Frost Wanderer (Mechomorph), the spirit master of the attack type;
- Vagabond (Anthropomorph), type spirit.

How to get the ethereal spirit Shadow of Incineration
Move to Old test site, located on Yarilo-6, and approach Barry at the player terminal in the Victory Celebration Center.
Talk to the Festival Rewarder to give him Mastery Badges in exchange for treasures: for the first two you will get ethereal expansion chips, and for third receive Shadow of Incineration (Inomorph), a spirit of protection.
How to get the ethereal spirit Shadow of Everwinter
To obtain the Shadow of Everwinter (Inomorph), a defense-type spirit, Barry again at the Old Proving Grounds and ask him for fourth Mastery Badge Reward.
Reward for finding all ethereal spirits
Obtain all Ethereal Spirits in Aether Wars by fully exploring Victory Zones and talking to Barry to unlock the Bronze achievement "We need to catch them all" from section "Our Memories" and take a reward of 5 star jade.
