Where to Find All Terminals in Resident Evil 4 Remake
As you progress through the game you will be able to find three electronic terminals. They will meet in the 13th and 14th chapter of the plot.
Electronic lock 1 [Chapter 13, Breakout]
The first electronic lock terminal is located in Sectional. First you have to turn it on. Head south from Sectional Street, then turn left. It is necessary to interact with the lever of the electrical communicator in order to redirect the power to the right side of the building, where the terminal is located.

Electronic lock 3 [Chapter 14, Disposal]
The last electronic terminal is located in the area waste disposal. Head there to interact with him and solve the puzzle. You also need to redirect the power first, but this will be done according to the plot.
For players on low difficulty levels, you need to redirect power to 4 circles, as shown in the first image. For those playing at a high level of difficulty, you will need to cope with 6 mugs already, as shown in the second screenshot. There is no specific reward for this puzzle, it will only allow you to advance further in the story.
