How to Become a Vampire in TES IV Remastered
The only way to become a Nightstalker is to become infected with Porphyrin Hemophilia, the main carriers of which are vampires, which are sometimes found in Cyrodiil. The disease is transmitted through blows and bites from predators, which is why the easiest way to get this disease is to simply fight a bloodsucker.
For three days after infection, the hero will be tormented by nightmares while sleeping, and on the fourth day he will become a monster. After complete conversion, the hero will have a new function when interacting with sleeping NPC. You can't bite awake characters.
