I'll tell you. You don't need to kill the dragon. You need a good shield and hydro characters, they can be of any level. When the dragon goes into the second phase (becomes a small dragon), it will throw fiery feathers and fly up to them. These feathers can be destroyed by any hydro jab. When it flies up, attack it either with hydro catalysts, or with someone under Xingqiu/Elan's ult, or with all of them at once. If you have Furina, then just release the pets after the dragon goes into the second phase, they will do everything themselves. Nevilet is also imba (who would have thought). It's not the amount of damage that matters, but the amount of hydro, so even level 1 Barbara will do. I don't recommend using archers, the autotarget doesn't reach the dragon when it's in the air.
