How to start the quest Under Care
To start the quest, you first need to complete the previous quest in the chain called "Leroy: Firing Squad". After completing it, open the Paimon menu and rewind the time to tomorrow. The quest will appear in the list of tasks automatically.
Teleport to the Adventurers' Guild and from there go down to the familiar house in the southwest. Talk to Molly standing in front of the front door.

The girl will tell you that she still needs to help Benoit, since the teacher did not like her previous essay. Therefore, the Traveler and Paimon offer to clean around the house again and feed the cat, and then call Leroy himself.
Clean up around the house
This time the Traveler will again have to clean up the house. The first dirty spot is located to the left of the front door. Use characters with Anemo or Hydro elements to remove or blow away the stain. Then go around the building on the left side, ing Molly and Nana the cat, and remove another spot of dirt near the strange boxes. Then return to the door and talk to the girl.
Knock on the door
Molly will tell Benoit Leroy about her anxiety and to help her, the Traveler himself will knock on the door. Go to the entrance to the building and press the button "Knock", after which a conversation with Athos will start. This time the man will be more dissatisfied and will begin to openly drive away the heroes.
Walk away and talk to Paimon: what to choose in dialogue
After sending Molly home, Paimon and Traveler step aside to discuss the strange situation at Leroy's house. Here you need to select all three dialogue options and share information with each other about all the disturbing moments. As a result, you will come to the conclusion that Benoit is in danger, and his life is threatened by his son-in-law and daughter, but there is no evidence yet.
