To complete the condition, return to True Annapause after completing the quest chain "Search in the Sea of Algae". To get to the location, go to Annapauses, located in a cave west of the Cours de Fontaine. In the main tower, enter the bubble and wait for it to take your character to the very top.
Go through the gate located at the top of the tower to travel to the ruins. Inside, go forward along the corridor and go down into the hole in the floor: it will lead to a portal, which, if you enter it, will automatically transport you to the world of True Annapause.
