How to start the Unfinished Story quest
You can open the Unfinished Story quest after meeting the requirements below:
- to reach 40 adventure ranks;
- complete all quests from the cycle "Anne of the Narcissencreutz";
- complete the peace quest "Aqueous Tidemark".
When you're done, go to Institute of Natural Philosophy in the Central part of the Underwater Ruins. The place is located deeper than the main underwater world, not far from the capital Cours de Fontaine.
Inside, go to the southern hall, find the book and read it.
Records are hidden teleportation point, which will automatically transport the character to a new location in the Ordo Narcissenkreutz. At the same time, access to the quest “The Unfinished Story” opens and an achievement is given "Encyclopedia of Natural Philosophy".
