Once the circuit is connected, do not rush to leave the premises.
Approach the elevator located on the right side of the room from the main entrance and go up to the second floor where you can collect the guardians of the ruins.
Explore the testing ground
Exit through the door, and then turn left in the spacious room. Go down the stairs and approach the quest marker to trigger a cutscene.
Nasejuna will refuse to go further, saying that it is too dangerous there.
Enter the testing ground without it.

Approach the mechanism at the opposite end of the range and interact with it so that the golem starts up and a cannon appears.
Activate the Ruin Cannon
