Rhapsode Lipos is located in the nearby Cephalus Square. Find him next to the Geosaurus and ask him to sing a ballad about Nicador's madness. After completing the dialogue, you will receive fragment of the rhapsode's memoirs.
Fragment of memories of Kremnos 2
The next person who has memories of Kremnos will be someone we already know. Damionis. Find him on the platform next to the age from the trading part of Ojema to the Marble Palace. The character will give you a photo from which Memo will create fragment of Damionis' memories.

The last fragment can be given by a craftsman Hartonus. Go to the forge of Ohema and talk to the highlander.
