Seirai Stormchasers 2 Inazuma. In the middle of it is a storm curtain, the phased cleaning of which is the goal of the mission. In the quest, the Traveler will have to find three tapes and remove part of the Electro Barrier.

How to start the Seirai Stormchasers 2 quest in Genshin Impact
To take the quest, you must complete the mission Seirai Stormchasers 1, sealing the first of the stones in it. After that, the Seirai Stormchasers 2 quest will automatically be added to the quest list.
Walkthrough of Seirai Stormchasers 2 in Genshin Impact
The second mysterious stone is located in the east of Seirai.
Head forward and seal the locking stone
Teleport to the northeast area of Amakumo Peak and move towards the "locking stone". When you get closer, enemies will appear. Among them there will be two Kairagi: Thunder Ascension. You can set up a squad in advance, preparing it for battle, so as not to die by negligence. Watch out for Kairagi's powerful attacks and deal with opponents.
Touch Paper Tapes: Where to Find the Third
After defeating all the enemies, touch the two paper ribbons on one side of the shore. Now it remains to find the third.
To just run to the place, from the point with the "locking stone" head north to the Electrogranum and climb in the same direction along the mountain. After descending on the other side and once on the shore, cross a small body of water.
Climbing up the slope on a small island, turn the Phase Gate if necessary to the floating block and you will find yourself at the third paper tape. Instead of them, if desired, you can use Geo constructions Wanderer or other heroes.
How to get there using the Phase Gate (the fastest way)
The nearest arch is located to the south of the "locking stone" and will take you directly to the required point. It remains only to open the glider in time to stop on a floating stone. When you get closer, a regular chest next to the ribbons will unlock.
How to get there with Electrogranums
Head north from the rock to the Electro Granum branch. Use it and move through the air with Thunder Orbs. Keep moving forward towards the shallow island: after crossing the nearest mountain, find the second branch of Electro Granums. The miraculous spirit will take you directly to the Phase Gate, which will lead to the third paper tape you are looking for.
Seal the locking stone
Return to the starting location at the teleport point, and turn the top of the stone thrice.
If you have already rotated it before, try to make the ribbons on the ropes light up. The screen showed the required number of segments on each side.
A short video will play showing how the storm area is shrinking. After a little dialogue about the two remaining "locking stones" and a thunderstorm with the adventurers Taisuke and Eiko, the quest will end.
