How to start the Consume Gold and Accumulate Pestilence quest
You can receive the task Consuming gold and accumulating pestilence only after opening daily quests in the Sumeru region with Katerina. If this has not been done yet, check out a separate guide on our website.
Gold Consumption and Plague Accumulation may appear randomly in the quest log as daily quest during the renewal of the world. To speed up its acquisition, open the Adventurer's Handbook by clicking on the button "F1". Select the "Orders» and set as the desired region Sumeru.
To start tracking a quest, in the same , find the desired quest and click on the icon next to him. In the window that opens, click on the button Track.

Help Hatim choose the golden dish
You can find Hatim in city of Sumeru. Teleport to the nearest checkpoint near academies. Run to the edge of the platform and jump down to the NPC.
Hatim will ask you to help him choose a golden dish. Several subsequent replicas depend on the answer option. You can't fail the quest. In any case, at the next meeting, Hatim will report that the results are not bad, but far from expected, therefore you can choose any dish.
Food needs to be handed over to Hatim, so you will have to cook or buy food from merchants. The recipes for the dishes are as follows:
- Mora's cake. Can be bought from Mr. Zhu in Li Yue for 430 mora. An NPC can sell up to 10 servings per day. For self-preparation of cakes you will need 1 package raw meat.
- Chicken in oil. Recipe can be obtained from Effendi after reaching level 1 harra fruit.
- Grow mountain. The recipe can be purchased at the Good Hunter restaurant for 5000 mora after reaching adventure rank 40. The list of ingredients includes 3 pieces of raw meat, 3 potatoes, 1 cheese.

To prepare a dish, find culinary point. You can use the stove, which stands near Taverns of Lambada. Its coordinates are shown in the screenshots below.
Click on "F"to open the cooking . Find the dish you want to make for Hatim in the list and click on "Cook". After that, either select the automatic mode, if available, or play the slider mini-game.
Return to Hatim and give him the golden dish. In the example above, a delicious Mora Flatbread is selected, depending on the type of food the dialogue will be different. In any case, after a short conversation, Hatim will announce that he will go to the Abode of Wealth to eat a dish there.
Talk to Hatim
After some time, the magazine will appear continuation of the task Absorption of gold and the accumulation of pestilence. Visit Hatim and talk to him to find out how the futures trades went. teleport to the Academy and jump off to the bottom tier.
This is where the quest forks. Hatim may again ask for help choosing a golden dish and additionally make an apple drink. This version leads to the achievement Wealth is knocking on the door. Another option is also possible, in which you will either need to go to tavern Lambada celebrate a victory, or find an NPC in the Abode of Wealth.
Make Hatim an apple drink
Strictly speaking, you do not need to prepare an apple drink yourself: there is no recipe for this. You can buy the desired dish at the Angels' Share tavern in Mondstadt. To do this, refer to Charles: He sells an apple drink for 1500 mora. Then take the dish to Hatim to complete the quest.
Head to Lambada Tavern
Look for Hatim at the same place. If he wins a deal that unlocks the Kalimi Mold achievement, the merchant will turn to the Traveler as a messenger of wealth.
He will offer to treat the hero in the Lambada tavern. Enter it and start a conversation with Hatim. After that, the task will end. An additional reward will be 8888 pestilence.
Find Hatim in the Abode of Wealth
It will open if Hatim is burned out.
If this variant of the age fell out, head to the points marked on the map. Additionally, be guided by markers inside the game. There are 3 places to check.
Hatim will be close to the point where he usually stands. look for him under the teleport platform, near the bushes. Talk to Hatim: he will tell you that he was unlucky during the auction, after which the quest will be considered completed.
