Ichcahuipilla's Patronage is located in the space hidden by the obsidian totem pole, in the valley north of Huitztli Hill. Opening the totem requires solving puzzles tied to mechanics. yumkazarov.
Move to the top of Witzli Hill and run north to the descent. Near the first building on the way you will find a Yumkasaurus, into which you need to move to the button highlighted in orange in the lower right part of the screen ("T").
