Where to find Chise's ghost in Genshin Impact
The phantom hovers near the Thunderbird statue just south of the teleporter in the Autake Plains.
Chise will ask the traveler light all thunderstones on Tsurumi Island.

To open the secret stones, you will need Octave Maushiro". One is right behind Chise's back, the second is next to the puzzle north of the nesting area, and the last one is in the south of the plain. Use the Strange Feather tool near the Thunderbirds and activate the Thunderstones.
You will find 4 more stones south of the Thirai Sanctuary. After using the feather for the first time, a Thunder Stone will appear.
Use the feather on the Thunderbirds to activate four thunderstones element Electro and defeat the monsters to get the chest.
After activating all the stones, return to the phantom. Talk to Chise and the task will be completed.

4 more pillars are not indicated, I found them on the official interactive map. All 4 appear after interacting with the statues using the feather.
They are located along the dry riverbed, if you go further than Grandma Una towards the Tirai Sanctuary/Oina Beach.
