To solve the mystery of the altar, you need to solve three puzzles nearby. Clear the contaminated bacterial mucus in three places and play the reed pipe.
Riddle 1, north
Approach the mechanism that has the abilities of the xenochrome globular octopus to the west of the altar to borrow its skill. Next, move north from the tree, to the first point where you will see purple slime.
Press and hold the Xenochrome Ball Octopus skill and destroy the clumps to make dew bubbles appear. Next, two dew bubbles will appear, which are needed to play the pipes: the instrument at the waterfall should be activated first, followed immediately by the other two. Move the bubbles as shown in the screenshot:
- the right ball upstream can be left untouched;
- Place the left ball in the middle between the pipes with two marks.
Take any archer for example Ember, and shoot first the right and then immediately the left bubble. If everything is done correctly, another ball will appear on the blue tree.
Riddle 3, south
The last point is in the southeast. Use the Ball Octopus skill to get rid of the purple goo again. When it disappears, two bubbles will form.
This time the reed pipes must be hit in a certain sequence, as indicated by the runes above. Move the dew bubbles slightly closer together so that they touch the tools in the desired order. One water balloon should be closer to the device with one rune - its explosion will hit the pipes with 1 and 2 runes, as well as the second bubble. Move it to the mechanism with three runes so that the boundary of the explosion would hit him. Hit the first ball and everything should work out.
If it doesn’t work, try placing the first bubble just to resonate with the pipes, and break the second one yourself. You need to activate objects quickly; you can use an archer to have time to burst the second ball.
If you can't solve the riddle, try moving the second bubble to the pipe with two symbols.
