The Rainbow Heritage in Natlan consists of four parts, scattered in different locations:

The second riddle with a message is in the Abode of Dragons, in the north of the Heart of Reverse Force location. To get it, kill three viscous cores that constantly attack the character.
Transform into a Tatankasaurus and break the geothermal vent. This will redirect the flow of phlogiston gas into one of the cores and destroy it.
The second core is on a ledge leading deeper into the cave along the lava lake. Use the skill or sprint the Tatankasaurus to kill it.
The final core is attached to the ceiling and is initially out of reach. To reach it, use a Saurian to break the pulverite behind the previous monster. A piece of rock made of frozen phlogiston will fall and serve as a kind of bridge, which you can use to run to the final core.

To collect the third Rainbow Legacy, head to the Ancient Sacred Mountain, to the Flame Collection Altar. From the teleporter in the northwest, go to the cliff further west and descend to the lower level of the island using the glider. There, use the Tatankasavr and the Speed Rings, which will lead to the desired place with the puzzle.
The riddle is located in a huge cave and is connected to a cluster of pulverite in the center of it.
Use Zavrian to break the pulverite and fill the sphere that appears between the two parts of the skeleton with phlogiston.
Immediately after filling the sphere, a Thermo-armored mountain polecat. Defeat your opponent.
After solving the riddle, take the treasure chest and read the third Rainbow Legacy at the Ancient Sacred Mountain.
Rainbow Legacy 4
The final message from the Dragon Rulers is also located on the lower level of the Ancient Sacred Mountain Island, but under the Sea of Shifting Consciousness. Descend using glider, from the cliff on the southern side, where you will notice frozen phlogiston with an abundance of viscous nuclei.
Drop to the ground and turn into a Yumkasaurus using the nearby Soul Beacon. Use the Saurian skill to pick up a Flame Grenade near the cliff and throw it at the cannonballs with an aimed shot. Try to time it when the enemy is not shooting at the character, as their projectile will completely block the Flame Grenade.
Once you've destroyed all the cores, use the symbol to get to the phlogiston ledge. Take the precious chest and read the final Rainbow Legacy.
