Location: the realm of Farahkert, the northern part of the Samudra Coast (underground).
The third deluxe chest can only be found when completing the mission chain "When the Light of Hvarna Manifests: Nirodha".
If you missed the treasure during the quest, then move to the underground teleportation point west of Asipattravan swamp. Follow the deep into the cave through the Fravashi tree, go through the gate and enter the right door leading north.

Location: Gavirekh Lajavard, north-east of the Temir mountains (underground).
This treasure could be seen at the end of the quest "Hvarna of Good and Evil", if you go down to gate to Caenri'ah.
