Natlan characters merged into Genshin Impact 5.X

Several insiders have leaked characters from the Pyro region that will appear in Natlana. At the moment, only the names (unofficial translation), gender and weapons that the heroes will wield are known from the leaks. Another insider used neural networks to study the cultural origins of names:

Character Origin Clarification
Kachina (girl) Hopi (Native American tribe in the southwestern United States) Kachina is a spiritual being in Hopi culture, representing the forces of nature and ancestral spirits.
Kinich (boyfriend) Mayan Kinich Ahau is the sun god of the Mayan civilization, his name literally means “lord of the sun.”
Mualani (girl) Hawaii Mualani may come from the Hawaiian language, where the "Mua" part means "leader" or "first" and "lani" translates to "heavenly" or "royal." Can be interpreted as “Heavenly Leader.”
Zilonen (female) Aztecs Zilonen (also Xilonen, Shilonen) is the goddess of young corn.
Chaska (female) The Incas Chaska is the goddess of dawn and dusk in the Incan culture.
Olorun (male) Yoruba (Nigeria) Olorun is the supreme deity in the Yoruba religion, ruling over the sky and creation.
Mawuika (female) Maori (New Zealand) Mawuika may be a translation or an erroneous version of the name Mauika, known as the goddess of fire who lives in the underworld.
Citlali (girl) Nahuatl (Aztecs) Citlali (or Citlali) means "star" in the Nautal language commonly used in Mexico.

Of course, there may be inaccuracies in the information about the origins and cultural background of the characters, but from these data it is possible to roughly understand the history of each of the characters.
