Various events are held in Valheim, thanks to which pastime in the open world of the Vikings becomes more diverse. They represent random events for the player character.
It has recently become clear that initially valheim should be a lot more eventsthan it is now. For technical reasons, some events did not work as they should, but in the new patch, the developers have corrected this oversight.
In the list of changes that came into force with the release of the update, it is written that during the fixing of errors and minor bugs, a flaw was discovered with some major events. It lies in the fact that certain mini-adventures never worked properly. As a result, the developers implemented in Walheim 2 new events: You are being hunted… и The horde is attacking. The patch notes and the studio's announcement didn't describe the events, but some Valheim fans found what the two new events were about.
All random events (raids) in Valheim
According to fans, the event You are being hunted… about wolves that attack in mountainous biomes. The horde is attacking is dedicated to goblins, berserkers and goblin shamans who attack the player in the meadows, plains and in the Black Forest.
The conditions for triggering the new events are not yet known, but it is likely that soon some Vikings will be able to accidentally activate both events, and then share with others about what led to the start of mini-adventures.
List of changes that brought with it new patch (version 0.154.1):
- Fixed a bug due to which the worn capes formed strange bumps on the character's back;
- Closing the GUI build via the Esc key now works correctly;
- it is now possible to block the troll's strike on the ground;
- fixed sound during repair and assembly of long ships;
- fixed resource respawn timer (berries, flint);
- snakes no longer run away when their health drops to the minimum value;
- fixed problem with incorrect closing of containers in some situations;
- the terrain is now smoother, rather than angular;
- fixed issues with displaying the water line inside boats;
- changed the use of some sounds to release the load on the RAM;
- Rocks that are not outdoors will no longer look wet when it rains.
