How to start the Rest Time quest
To get started, you will need to meet a few requirements:
- reach 40 adventure ranks;
- Complete Chapter 2, Volume 4 of the Archons Quests "Like a light rain for no reason";
- talk to Katerina of Fontaine in the quest "New Horizons of Adventure";
- complete the peace quest "Some Seal" (requires confirmation).
Since the mission is given randomly, in order to increase the chance of it dropping, change the location of the dailies to Hydro Kingdom.

In the version with Hydro slimes You can meet Royalt fishing on the shore west of Markot station.
