I checked every screenshot and description to check the exact location of the aranars, so I was 100% sure that I had visited all the places. I got the “be careful” achievement, but the game didn’t want to give me the last three chests. It was also embarrassing that the aranar, standing next to the chests, first told me that the chests were ready, and then said that they were not ready, and so the lines changed constantly. I decided to clear the cache and try restarting the game - this can be done in the launcher by clicking on the three horizontal dashes to the right of the "play" button and selecting "delete ed resources" in the menu that appears. After that, I went into the game, but the chests still could not be collected.
After reading the comments below, I found out that after clearing the cache in places where there were no aranars, they could appear. I ed one place where there was no aranara, although I did not that I had collected it there before, and decided to go there - it was aranar #65. And indeed, after clearing the cache, it appeared there, and I was able to open the chests. And if I didn’t keep this oddity in my head, most likely, I would have to go around all 76 places again. Of course, I think that it’s okay if this quest didn’t lag, then it would be quite challenging and interesting, but if the developers can’t make such a big quest without bugs so that the players don’t run around the same locations 300 times, trying to understand if not, then it would be better not to do it at all ...

I tried everything, but only waiting helped me - 2 times I completely ran through all the aranar on the guide and just ran back and forth on the map, as a result, this is what happened:

I had collected all the aranars, got the "be careful!" achievement (that is, I found ALL the aranars, including the naughty ones on the towers), but three tasty chests were closed (although the micro guy stubbornly insisted that I could open them). I solved the problem in the following way: 1) cleared the cache (deleted the entire Genshin webcache folder on my PC); 2) walked through the towers with lenses, since I found the aranars there, but I was too lazy to eradicate the nascent Marana here and there. AND OH MIRACLE! In one of the ALREADY 100% checked towers, an aranar suddenly appeared! I found it, eradicated the Marana seeds and went to the chests.
