Chests in Port Astrologer Navalia can be collected after completing the Exploration mission "Heavenly Journey on a Star Raft". During this task, the location is fully opened.

Chest #1 (Valuable)

Chest #2 (Regular)

Chest #3 (Luxury)

Return to the beginning where you got off the elevator, from there move straight north. Turn left, clear the area of Enchanted Inventions: glowing dragon fish and obedient dragon lions. Open the chest in the corner of the south platform, behind the transparent containers.

Chest #7 (Valuable)

Chest #8 (Valuable)

Head to the Dimensional Anchor called Ship Hatchery - Sprout. Climb down from it, remove a detachment of Mara-struck soldiers from the path and keep your way to the west. Reach the Roboptach attached to the tree branch.
