Where to find a wall with four indentations in Resident Evil 4 Remake
During eighth chapter Leon will need to move towards the marker, going north from the wine cellar. The only corridor leading in the right direction would take Kennedy to bookbinding workshop. After entering this room, a cut-scene with Ada Wong will begin. Soon the girl will leave, and Leon will have to move on.
In the far right corner of the room, when viewed from the side of the door, there is a wall with four recesses. Three of them are empty, and moving forward will require finding lithographic plates in order to solve the puzzle with plates.
How to solve the slab puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake
To solve the puzzle with lithographic plates, you will need find three lost plates, then place them on the wall in the correct order. In addition, there are three treasures in the room: two (a silver token and a small pocket watch) on the sides of the entrance, and a third (an expensive watch) in the center.
Where to find lithographic plate B
Lithographic plate B is located to the left of the puzzle with four indentations. Go to the closet and on the shelf you will find plate B with armor.
Where to find lithographic plate C
Lithographic plate C is located to the left of the entrance to the Binding Shop. Go to a small cabinet and you will find an item on it.
Where to find lithographic plate D
The last lithographic slab is located in the far left corner, to the left of the window where Ada jumped. Go to the cupboard with the glass door and smash it to get the sword quest item.
How to arrange lithographic plates
Each tile can be rotated as they have two sides. In addition, the plates can be moved and swapped. To solve the riddle with four recesses in the wall and go further, you need to arrange them in the right places and with the right side out.
The outer side of the plate must have the same pattern as the image on the groove. Some of the drawings have been erased, so refer to the screenshot above, this is the final form of the puzzle:
