How to start the quest Clockwork: Whisper in Honkai: Star Rail
In order to begin the quest Clockwork: Whisper in the H, you must complete the Mastery mission chain "Cat Among Pigeons". As soon as the condition is met, you can proceed to search for the girl in the Dream World locations.
Where is Whisper?
Move to the corridor of the VIP room on the third floor Hotel "Dreams" (World of Dreams). Turn left, in the southern part of the location you will find a warrior.

Use one of the teleporters in the southeastern part of the hotel to find Whisper. Follow straight along the tunnel-like age, “strewn” with the defeated bodies of the mechanisms of the Nightmare Troupe. Move towards the room at the end of the corridor, where you will find a girl who has fallen into madness against one of the walls.
Defeat Whisper's second personality
