Where to find Sacrificial Heart in PoE 2
You can start completing the task while exploring the location Utsaal in Act 3 of the story campaign, when a Sacrificial Heart randomly drops from one of the mobs in the location. It is designated as a quest item, but does not start any quest when picked up and is not related to the main mission of Act 3, "Legacy of Vaal".

Return to the past of the Temple of Atzoatl
If you have already completed Act 3 and entered the portal that takes you to the beginning of the campaign (Act 4), go through Riverbank and kill the Bloated Millerto get to Clearfell and access the teleporter. For some reason, the fast travel points in the past of the Temple of Atzoatl only work immediately after killing the first boss. If Utzaal and Aggorath are not available on the map, use the teleporter to the camp on the Ziggurat, go through the portal again and kill the miller.

Find an altar for sacrifice
To find an altar to perform a ritual, explore carefully AggorathThe right place is called Bloody Sacrifice and is located in one of the dead-end areas of the location. There is always a checkpoint next to it. In the center of a small area you will find a pedestal on which you need to place the Sacrificial Heart.
Perform the ritual with the Sacrificial Heart and the dagger
Once you find the right place, pick up the second task item next to the steps - Sacrificial dagger. This item is required to perform the ritual sacrifice of the Heart. Take the blade into your inventory and interact with the altar to place the organ. Once the ritual item is in place, interact with it again to slaughter and complete the ritual.

After completing all the actions, you will receive two ive skill points for the weapon set. This will be reported in the chat window. They can be used immediately to upgrade skills without waiting for the level to increase.
